We have been working on being “Best in the West” of Austria for 35 years - and consequently we are also one of the founding members of the Leading Golf Courses. Because this community unites the commitment to quality and the brand is a Europe-wide recognized label for high-quality golf courses.

Of course we want to be part of it and the regular anonymous tests not only guarantee an objective assessment, but also provide constructive criticism in order to become even better.

Only as far as the "location" is concerned, there are hardly any opportunities for improvement - or in other words: no room for improvement; We reached the highest level: As an alpine dream holiday region between glaciers, mountains and lakes, the course with its 2 x 18 holes is located on an absolutely flat, park-like area. The all-round ambience of one of the most beautiful regions in Austria, the forests all around and the many small lakes on the site, as well as a very large one not far from the facility, is breathtaking. And so is the view of the local mountains Kitztsteinhorn and Schmittenhöhe, after which the two courses are named. Also all amenities in the clubhouse are fine - from reception to catering. So don't be surprised if your heart beats a little faster with us, or in other words: Keep calm, and meet the best.
